Synco living

Synco™ living can regulate, control, switch on, switch off, and display just about everything that makes life more comfortable for you.

Increasing comfort

Synco living can create the optimal cozy room climate as the system covers the following applications:

  • Controlling individual rooms: up to 12 rooms with floor heating or radiators
  • Heat generation: control of heating boiler to generate heat as needed by the rooms
  • Domestic hot water regulation: to generate hot water for the entire home
  • Ventilation control: for a ventilation system with up to three stages; control of kitchen exhaust hood
  • Air conditioning control: remote control of an air conditioning unit

Improving security
Integrating safety and security components into your system will improve your home’s safety and efficiency. Components include:

  • Water detection: more security in your kitchen and laundry room
  • Window and door monitoring: monitoring of up to six windows per room and two doors per house/apartment

Enhancing convenience
You can also integrate electrical installations and devices to make daily life more convenient, e.g. thanks to the following applications:
  • Lights and blinds: control of lights and blinds, including blanket commands like ALL OFF.

Facilitating operation
With Synco living, you can conveniently operate everything, e.g. via:
  • Remote control: adjust lighting, blinds, and scenes conveniently from the couch
  • Remote access: via PC or SmartPhone
  • Time programs: individual for each room and each switching group

Synco living products

Central apartment unit – QAX9..3
The heart and brain of the system; from here you can control all different functions for up to twelve rooms quickly and easily and monitor them via the display.

  • QAX913 controls HVAC and security applications, lights, blinds, and consumption data acquisition
  • QAX903 controls HVAC, lights, blinds, and consumption data acquisition

Room unit – QAW910
Measures room temperature and transmits the value either periodically or in the case of changes via radio signal to the central apartment unit. The QAA is especially designed for difficult wall mounting situations (sand stone, glass, etc.) and variable floor plans.

Room temperature sensor – QAA910
Measures room temperature and transmits the value either periodically or in the case of changes via radio signal to the central apartment unit. The QAA is especially designed for difficult wall mounting situations (sand stone, glass, etc.) and variable floor plans.

Web server OZW772
The OZW772.01 Web server enables users to operate the Synco living system from a remote location - via PC or from a SmartPhone via the Web. Alarm and status messages can be forwarded to 4 different message receivers, such as e-mail, SMS etc.

Radiator control actuator – SSA955
Measures room temperature, receives the preset desired temperature for this room by radio signal from the central apartment unit and regulates room temperature by adjusting the radiator valve. It can also control up to five additional radiators per room, thereby ensuring an even temperature between radiators.

Heating circuit controller – RRV912
The heating circuit controller regulates the amount of water going into the radiators and the room temperature thereby.

Multi-unit controller – RRV934
Applicable for precontrol of up to two independent hydraulic room groups (e.g. radiators, space heating) or control of ventilation plant with up to 3 stages. All inputs and outputs are also suited for universal use (e.g. control of an air conditioner).

Meteo sensor – QAC910
This wireless sensor measures the outside temperature and atmospheric pressure and communicates this via radio signal to the central apartment unit.

Integration of lighting and blinds via radio signal
All GAMMA wave and Hager tebis TX products can be integrated into Synco living. This allows you to conveniently control lighting and blinds. These components can also be automated e.g. via switching programmes or your simulated occupancy settings.

Door/window contact AP 260 – GAMMA wave
The door/window contact detects whether windows and doors are open or closed.

Consumption data interface WRI982
The consumption data interface transfers the measured values of the connected meters to the Synco living central apartment unit.

Synco living Starter Kits

Synco living Starter Kits
The Synco™ living Starter Kit is a wireless room temperature control system for heating plants comprising up to two individual zones. A maximum of six radiator control actuators can be integrated in the system and the collected heat requests can be forwarded to heat generation.

Room unit - QAW912
Managed room heating control of up to two heating zones (rooms) and six SSA955 radiator control actuators. The unit ensures full control of the room heating functions and all data are clearly shown on the display. Furthermore, the QAW912 acquires the room temperature in the relevant room.

Radiator control actuator - SSA955
Acquires the room temperature, receives the preset desired temperature for this room via radio signal from the room unit and controls the room temperature by adjusting the radiator valve. It can also regulate up to 5 additional radiators per room, thereby ensuring even temperatures between radiators.

RF adapter plugs, switching - KRF960-x / Heating circuit controller - RRV912
Receives the heat request from the room unit via radio signal and switches heat generation.
